Metal objects from la Bastida de les Alcusses

A collection of iron and bronze objects in an extraordinary state of preservation has been obtained from La Bastida de les Alcusses. On display you will find weapons (spearheads, swords, handle-shields and arrowheads), chariot harnesses (parts of the bridles and reins) and elements of cavalry (horse snacks and spurs). Several elements of decoration such as buttons, pendants, belt buckles, brooches and tweezers are also displayed along with various metal objects used for different activities. Such as an articulated compass, a hook, precision weights and a balance plate, used for exchanging.
